Frequently Asked Questions

Your first session is an opportunity to share what has been bringing you to therapy and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We will talk about your concerns, your goals, and any patterns or challenges you would like to work on. You are welcome to move at your own pace, and there is no pressure to share more than you feel ready for.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals, needs, and the challenges you are working through. Some clients benefit from short-term support focused on a specific issue, while others choose longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and personal growth. We will regularly check in to make sure the process is meeting your needs.

Yes, I work with both individuals and couples. Individual therapy can help you better understand yourself, manage emotional challenges, and improve your relationships, while couples counseling focuses on communication, connection, and working through shared concerns.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As progress is made, sessions may be spaced out depending on your needs and preferences. We will work together to find a schedule that feels supportive and sustainable for you.
